QUILITE® Electric Power Transformer Shelter   QUILITE® Noise Barriers reduce both transmitted and reflected sound from highways, airports and industrial noise sources. QUILITE® Barriers include factory - made panels of polycarbonate blocks held in noise - trapping bezels and mounted in a structural steel frame. The illustrated shelter height is 8 feet. The audible noise reduction is 60%. With greater wall height, audible noise re-duction can exceed 75%.

 

Culver City, California field test measurements show the illustrated 8 ft. high QUILITE® Power Transformer Shelter reduces 120 Hz and 240 Hz by 13 dB (60% audible reduction).
