Neighborhood residents
complained of noise from a large, high voltage
transformer, installed in the parking lot of an
apartment building, surrounded by single family
homes. The limited space around the transformer
required a custom QUILITE installation.

Customizing the installation
consisted of installing empty frames, rather than
entire QUILITE panels. After frame installation,
the individual QUILITE blocks were snapped into the
frames.
|
|
|
The QUILITE enclosure left the
existing storm drain openings clear of obstructions
and required minimal space in an already congested
area.
|
|
|
|
|
Posts securing the frame were
bolted directly into the existing concrete. No
additional digging or foundation work was
required.
